EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

  • Role Description

    We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Media Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of BrakoVerse Media. This is a cross-studio role that sits above individual departments, supporting both the marketing and entertainment divisions to ensure every project moves from brief to delivery without dropping the ball.

    You will report directly to the CEO and work in close coordination with the Director of Marketing and production leads across each vertical. You are the person who makes sure the right work gets done by the right people at the right time.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Cross-Studio Coordination

    • Coordinate production delivery across both the marketing and entertainment departments simultaneously

    • Own and maintain the Trello project management board, keeping all cards current, assigned, and moving

    • Track milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation across all active projects at all times

    • Identify and resolve production blockers before they escalate to the CEO

    • Run weekly production check-ins across marketing and entertainment teams

    • Report directly to the CEO on cross-studio production status on a weekly basis

    Marketing Support

    • Support the Director of Marketing in coordinating campaign delivery across all active client accounts

    • Ensure shoot schedules, asset deadlines, and publishing timelines are tracked and met

    • Liaise between the Director of Marketing, Multimedia Editor, Videographer, Video Editor, and Digital Marketers to keep work moving

    • Ensure all assets are uploaded to the correct Google Drive folders ahead of review deadlines

    Entertainment Support

    • Support coordination of film, animation, and gaming projects under the BrakoVerse IP slate

    • Track production milestones across entertainment projects running in parallel

    • Coordinate with external collaborators, talent, and vendors as projects require

    • Maintain production documentation, including schedules, budgets, and status reports for all active IP projects

    Systems and Process

    • Build repeatable production workflows and systems that the studio can apply across future projects

    • Maintain a live overview of all active projects, resources, and priorities across both verticals

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Minimum 2 years of production coordination or project management experience in a creative, media, or agency environment

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing detail or momentum

    • Strong command of project management tools, including Trello, Notion, Asana, or equivalent

    • Experience coordinating across both creative and operational functions

    • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions without constant oversight

    • Based in Ghana with a strong understanding of the local creative and media landscape

    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

    • Calm under pressure and decisive when deadlines are at risk

    Nice to Have

    • Experience working across both marketing and entertainment or film production environments

    • Familiarity with animation, VFX, or digital media production pipelines

    • Prior experience in a growing or startup studio environment in Africa

  • Job Title: Graphic Designer

    THE ROLE

    We are looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer to own the visual output of our marketing department. You will design across client campaigns, social media content, and brand assets, producing work that is visually sharp, culturally grounded, and built to perform. This is not a template-filling role. BrakoVerse has a distinct visual identity and we need someone who can work within it, push it, and help it grow across multiple client brands simultaneously.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Client Campaign Design

    • Design graphics, social media assets, and campaign visuals for all active client accounts including hospitality and tourism brands

    • Develop visual concepts that align with each client's brand identity while reflecting campaign objectives

    • Collaborate with the Video Editor, Multimedia Editor, and Copywriter to ensure visuals and copy are built together

    • Move work through the internal review and approval process, incorporating feedback from the Director of Marketing and CEO

    BrakoVerse Brand and Studio Design

    • Support the visual identity of BrakoVerse Media across social platforms and studio communications

    • Design content for educational carousels, announcements, and brand campaigns that reflect the studio's Afrofuturist identity

    • Contribute to pitch decks, proposals, and client-facing presentation materials as needed

    • Maintain consistency with the BrakoVerse Brand Guide across all deliverables

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience in a marketing, agency, or creative studio environment

    • A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign design, social media content, and brand visual work

    • Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop or a comparable editing tool

    • Strong understanding of social media formats and what makes visual content perform on each platform

    • Ability to manage multiple client brands simultaneously without losing visual distinctiveness

    • Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-moving production environment

    • A sharp eye for layout, typography, colour, and composition

    NICE TO HAVE

    • Experience designing for hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands

    • Familiarity with motion graphics or basic animation for social content

    • Interest in or knowledge of African visual culture, Afrofuturism, or African design traditions

    • Experience working within a defined brand guide across multiple clients

    Create illustrations for key scenes, promotional materials, and visual development

    • Develop concept art and visual references that support the production pipeline

    • Contribute to storyboarding and visual narrative development

    • Produce clean, polished illustration assets for use across production and marketing

    • Maintain visual consistency with the established style and tone of the project

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Animate character performances and scene sequences based on storyboards and direction

    • Bring life and personality to characters through movement, timing, and expression

    • Collaborate with the character artist and environment artist on visual continuity

    • Create rough and final animation passes for review

    • Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate on animation cuts

    • Deliver animation assets in agreed formats and on schedule

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
