About this work

Flight captures the exhilaration of escape velocity: figures in motion against open sky, rendered with the energy of a film's turning point. Motion is the technical study here, with cloth and hair simulation, dynamic posing and a camera angle that puts the viewer airborne. Flight carries the optimism that balances BrakoVerse Media's darker mythological work, the sense of possibility that runs through Afrofuturism itself. Created in Ghana, the piece belongs to the original portfolio through which the studio develops the movement language used across its animation and original IP productions.
